About us

Lucas - Sportcoach
Sport has always been my passion. Martial arts fascinated me from an early age and shaped my dedication to strength and conditioning training. Over the years I have trained in Judo, Karate, Kung Fu, Krav Maga, Taekwondo, MMA, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. I still train and teach Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu almost daily.
Through years of collaboration with professional coaches and athletes of all disciplines, my extensive martial arts background and continuous education in personal training, I have built profound practical expertise — knowledge I share with my clients with great dedication and passion.
Working alongside professional coaches and athletes from many disciplines has given me deep practical experience. Continuous education in personal training allows me to share this knowledge with great dedication and passion.


Rebekka - Administration
Equestrian sport has inspired me since childhood. Although I no longer compete my horse keeps me active and inspired.
Through Lucas I discovered professional strength and conditioning training and became part of the fitness community myself.
With many years of commercial experience I support the administrative side of Lucas Graf Coaching with dedication and structure.

LOCATION
Conscious training isn’t tied to a specific location. We train wherever you feel comfortable.
Our private gym in the heart of Zurich offers unlimited training possibilities across 200 sqm of fully equipped space In a professional environment.
If you prefer we are also happy to train at a location of your choice or arrange an outdoor session by prior agreement. Depending on the location, additional time and travel fees may apply.
