The human body is a complex structure of muscles, bones, tendons, ligaments and nerves, which is controlled by our brain. It therefore stands to reason that the neuronal connections between muscle fibres and brain are essential for efficient training.
But this connection must first be found and stimulated, only then we can train consciously and the body can be strengthened and defined. Moreover, everybody is individual - and so must the training be.

About us

Lucas Graf - Sportcoach

Sport is my passion - I have felt at home in martial arts since I was a child. The combination of precision, power, body tension, grace and speed fascinates me. I have practised everything from Judo, Karate, Kung Fu, Krav Maga, Taekwondo to MMA. In the end, however, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu appealed to me the most. I still practice this sport with great enthusiasm.
In my early teens I also discovered my enthusiasm for professional strength and conditioning training. Through my years of experience in this field, coupled with my skills in martial arts, continuous collaboration with professional coaches and top athletes of all kinds and including various diplomas and studies of specialised literature, I have acquired a very broad training specific knowledge. I am happy to share my enthusiasm and skills with my clients.

Rebekka Fischer - Administration
I have been passionately involved in equestrian sports since I was a little girl. I don't ride in competitions anymore, but my horse still keeps me on my toes. Through Lucas, I got to know the world of professional strength and conditioning training. In the meantime, I also belong to the club of fitness friends and train as often as my schedule allows.
I support this unique and excellent training with great drive and, thanks to my many years of commercial experience, am now responsible for the administrative aspects of Lucas Graf Coaching.



Success lies in rhythm
Even the smallest amount of conscious movement is good for your body. Therefore, even with one session per week, some progress can be made. For greater success, however, a certain regularity (2-3 sessions per week) and discipline are necessary. Progress also takes time. Each program is individually tailored to you and your needs. Together we select a suitable subscription and agree on the duration.
A session lasts 60 minutes. When taking out a subscription, the first session is preceded by small talk and general assessment in order to get to know each other. Therefore, the first session will last approx. 75 minutes.

LOCATION
We train where you feel comfortable
Conscious training is not location-bound - it works everywhere. Our own GYM in the heart of Zurich offers unlimited training possibilities on an area of over 250 sqm.
However, we are also happy to train at a location of your choice or arrange an outdoor training session by prior arrangement. Depending on the suitability of the location time and travel allowance may be added.
